Body: Although the overall rating is a 4, it would not have been so high had the problem with my initial order not been resolved quickly. I had ordered 2 each of 2 items, but only received 3 items, even though the packing slip indicated 4 items were shipped. I immediately sent an email informing the merchant of this discrepancy. Since the matter was promptly and quickly resolved to my satisfaction, I gave the Overall rating of 4. There was email confirmation of my order as well as shipping status information. My complaint email was promptly addressed and the tone of the response was apologetic. Again, I received the missing item in a timely manner and this error was promptly corrected to my satisfaction. As a result, I would not hesitate to order from this merchant again.

Body: I bought a badminton case that was on sale for racquet of mine, and the case is great, the inside had a plastic lining on it too. The price was excellent. However, Shipping and Handling turned out to be $8.95 so I thought it was high for USPS shipping, but the package DID come to my place earlier than something else I bought online earlier that day sent UPS. Overall the price of the case and S&H made it still worth wild to buy off line. However, the racquet was sent by USPS priority mail. It was mailed Dec. 23/02. I received the racquet on January7. I think the fact that this object was mailed at Christmas time most likely led to the slow delivery by the post office. Again the service I received was excellent. Thanks very much. Many of the badminton players that I coach, tried the GenJi racquet and found it to be an excellent racquet.
